A paper tube is engineered from the product, closure and pack-out sequence. For bottle applications, a shallow bottom cradle locates the base without enclosing the bottle body; diameter, wall thickness, lid engagement and cradle fit are verified before the outer wrap and finish are approved.

Can paper tubes be used for direct food contact?: Direct-contact use is possible only with a suitable certified lining and a review of the food, moisture, oils, temperature and storage period.
Can the diameter and height be customized?: Yes. Internal diameter, usable height, wall strength, lid engagement and insert fit are developed around the product and pack-out sequence.
What does the biodegradable claim apply to?: Material and end-of-life claims must be tied to the exact approved construction and supporting certification. We avoid applying a broad claim to components that have not been verified.
Can a bottle or cosmetic product be secured inside?: Yes. A product-specific paperboard or molded-fiber bottom cradle can locate the bottle base and limit lateral movement without enclosing the full bottle body. The loaded structure is checked on a physical sample.
