Privacy notice
How we handle your information.
Last updated: October 5, 2026Information we collect
When you request a quote, we collect the contact and project information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company, packaging requirements, delivery destination and attached reference files. The inquiry record may also include the website entry page, previous page, referring website and campaign tags so we can understand which content led to the request. With your permission, we also collect basic information about how visitors use this website.
How we use it
We use this information to review your packaging requirements, prepare and discuss a quote, respond to questions, provide requested services and improve the website and inquiry experience. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, page use and inquiry activity. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you select “Accept analytics.” If you select “Only necessary,” analytics storage remains disabled, although Google Consent Mode may send limited, cookieless measurement signals. Advertising storage, ad-user-data storage and ad personalization remain disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the website footer.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers to operate the website and deliver inquiry emails. Project information may also be shared with appropriate design, manufacturing, quality-control or logistics partners when needed to assess or deliver a project. These providers may process information outside your province or country and are expected to use it only for the services they provide.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communication, project planning, legal obligations and business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may change your analytics choice through “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. You may also ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your inquiry, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements, or contact us with questions about how your information is handled.
