We use this information to review your packaging requirements, prepare and discuss a quote, respond to questions, provide requested services and improve the website and inquiry experience. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers to operate the website and deliver inquiry emails. Project information may also be shared with appropriate design, manufacturing, quality-control or logistics partners when needed to assess or deliver a project. These providers may process information outside your province or country and are expected to use it only for the services they provide.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communication, project planning, legal obligations and business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
