Which rigid-box styles can be developed?: Book-style magnetic boxes, lift-off-lid boxes and drawer formats are common starting points. The final style is selected around the product and opening sequence.
How is the insert fitted to the product?: We use the product dimensions and removal points to set the cavity, finger access and clearances, then test the complete assembly with a prototype.
Can magnets, ribbons and special finishes be added?: Yes. Their positions and tolerances are resolved with the board, wrap and insert before production.
Does a presentation box still need shipping protection?: Usually yes. The retail box and its transit carton perform different jobs, so the outer pack is considered alongside the presentation structure.
