Clear answers before the brief.

What information is needed to request a quote?
Share the product, intended use, dimensions or capacity, approximate quantity, target timing, delivery destination and any existing artwork or visual references.
What is the minimum order quantity for Push Sushi Tubes?
The standard stated minimum order quantity for Push Sushi Tubes is 1,000 units. Requirements for other custom formats depend on the structure, material and production method.
Can TM&HT develop the dieline and artwork?
Yes. TM&HT can coordinate structural design, production-ready dielines, graphic design and prepress preparation as part of a custom packaging project.
Can we review a physical prototype before production?
Yes. Blank structural samples and printed prototypes can be reviewed for fit, assembly, handling, food use, print and presentation before mass production.
What affects custom packaging pricing?
Pricing depends on dimensions, structure, materials, finishes, tooling, order quantity, packing requirements and the delivery destination. Projects are quoted to their actual specification.
How long does production take?
Typical production is estimated at 5–7 weeks after approvals, excluding shipping. Timing varies by structure, materials, finishes, quantity and production schedule.
Can TM&HT coordinate international delivery?
Yes. TM&HT coordinates manufacturing, quality control, packing and international freight. Typical stated freight windows are 5–7 days by air and 20–35 days by sea, subject to route and shipment conditions.
What food-grade and lower-impact material options are available?
Depending on the application, options can include food-grade paperboard, grease-resistant or waterproof linings, FSC-certified paper choices, recycled Kraft materials, biodegradable molded pulp and soy-based inks. Final suitability is reviewed for the intended use.
