Tim leads creative direction and turns brand ideas into packaging that can be manufactured consistently. His work connects identity, artwork, prepress and commercial photography with the realities of paper, print, colour and finish.
Senior Structural Packaging Engineer
Shaun develops the physical architecture behind each format. He works through dielines, product clearance, assembly, material use and transport requirements, then refines the structure through prototypes before it is released for production.
Availability and scope depend on the approved construction, production partner and destination requirements. Documentation is tied to the actual project rather than represented by generic certification badges.
Blank structures and printed prototypes can be reviewed against product fit, assembly, handling, artwork and finish before mass production is released.
Food-contact, fibre-source and other material documents are requested and reviewed for the exact approved substrate, liner or component when the project requires them.
Approved dimensions, colour targets, workmanship criteria, packing requirements and inspection points are recorded for the production run.
Final quantities, master-carton configuration, shipment method and destination handoff are coordinated as part of the project record.
