A small change to the retail package can affect how many units fit in a master carton, on a pallet or in a shipment. Review orientation, dividers and void space before the structure is locked.

Parcel delivery, palletized freight and container shipping create different handling, compression and vibration conditions. The retail pack, insert and master carton should be tested as one system.
Choose air or sea freight with the launch plan
Air freight can support urgent or staged quantities, while sea freight usually requires more schedule allowance. Typical stated windows of 5–7 days by air and 20–35 days by sea remain subject to route, customs and shipment conditions.
Approve shipping details before dispatch
Final inspection should confirm quantity, packing method, carton marks and visible quality requirements. Delivery address, consignee information and required documents should be checked before the shipment leaves production.
