Product specification

See the format from every working angle.

The roll, tube and external sauce vial are treated as one service system. The sushi should closely fit the internal profile while retaining the small clearance needed for a reliable push.

Project questions

Clear answers before the brief.

How closely should the sushi fit inside the tube?
The finished roll should be close to the usable internal diameter, with only the clearance needed for a smooth push. We verify that relationship with the actual product or a representative sample.
Is the sauce vial part of the package?
Yes. The external vial, its attachment and the packing sequence are developed with the paper tube so the complete serving format can be tested together.
What is the stated minimum order quantity?
The standard stated minimum is 1,000 units. Final pricing depends on size, materials, print, finish and delivery destination.
Can we approve a physical sample before production?
Yes. Blank structural samples and a printed physical prototype can be reviewed for fit, push travel, closure, artwork and presentation before mass production.
