Begin with the product, not the decoration
Internal diameter and usable height should come from the actual product and the way it enters the tube. A sample, dimensioned drawing or complete pack-out sequence is more useful at this stage than a finished graphic concept.

Resolve the body and closure together
Wall thickness, lid depth, base construction and closure engagement affect one another. A lid that looks right in a rendering may feel loose or create excess friction once board and wrap tolerances are introduced.

Match liners to the actual use
Tea, coffee, dry food, cosmetics and bottles place different demands on the inner surface. Food-contact suitability, aroma, oils, moisture and storage period should be reviewed against the exact approved construction rather than a general material claim.
Approve structure before premium finishes
Foil, embossing and specialty papers add value only after the dimensions and closures work. Review a blank structural sample first, then use a printed prototype to approve artwork position, colour and finish before production.

Order quantity alone is not enough to price a custom paper cylinder. Provide the product dimensions and weight, intended contact conditions, approximate quantity, closure and insert direction, artwork or finish expectations and delivery destination. The production route and schedule can then be based on the actual construction.
