A real packaging project using a cylindrical paper tube to protect, organize and present single-serve children’s nutrition sachets.

The product used flexible single-serve sachets, but the customer-facing package needed more structure than a loose pouch. The outer format had to group the daily units, stand securely on a shelf and remain useful after opening.
The key question was how to make many flexible sachets feel ordered and protected without creating an oversized or complicated opening experience.
Individual sachets needed to remain upright and easy to browse rather than collapse into an unstructured bundle.
The container had to open and close cleanly as users removed one serving at a time.
Multiple product directions needed fast visual separation while retaining the same cylindrical packaging system.
A rigid paper tube creates the primary shelf presence and becomes an organizer when opened. The upright sachet arrangement makes the count and dispensing logic immediately understandable, while colour-coded wraps distinguish the product directions.
The tube adds crush resistance and a stable footprint around the flexible single-serve packs.

A consistent structure supports distinct purple, navy-red and red directions in the published archive.

These counts come directly from visible packaging evidence. They are not estimates of commercial performance.
